Injury Report Week 11

As Matt Shaub was finally ruled out for the season (with much argument), other valuable player injuries include Calvin Johnson (head/concussion), A.J. Green (knee), Jeremy Maclin (shoulder, hamstring), Julio Jones (hamstring), Willis McGahee (hamstring), Owen Daniels (knee), Frank Gore (knee), Steve Johnson (shoulder), Matt Cassel (shoulder, hand). Johnson is listed as probable and Maclin is doubtful. All others are Questionable, and Cassel is out, possibly for the season. Check back later for more posts!

3 Players to Grab Off the Waiver Wire

1. DeMarco Murray, RB Dallas Cowboys

With double digit fantasy points almost every single game since starting RB Felix Jones’ injury, Murray is already showing potential. Even when Jones returns, Murray might eat into his carries and should be the #1 RB on the Cowboys.

2. Michael Bush, RB Oakland Raiders

With Yahoo! standard scoring, Bush rapped up an incredible 30.20 points. He ran for 157 yards and a score with 85 receiving yards. He’s most likely not gonna do it again, but if Mcfadden doesn’t return soon, Bush will be racking up some numbers.

3. Laurent Robinson, WR Dallas Cowboys

Robinson is just like Bush and Murray in that both starting RBs (Jones and Mcfadden) were injured. This time, however, Robinson stepped up when the starting WR Miles Austin was sidelined with a second hamstring injury. He produced 19 Yahoo! points and got a 58 yard TD pass from Tony Romo. Expect him to put up more numbers next week.

Top 5 RBs Week 10

Here are my top ten RBs for week ten.

  1. Lesean Mccoy, Phi Eagles
  2. Ryan Matthews, SD Chargers
  3. Arian Foster, Hou Texans
  4. Fred Jackson,  Buf Bills
  5. Ray Rice, Bal Ravens

My Team

Of course, you want to know my team. My league is a 1 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 TE 1 K 1 Team DEF. My league consists of 4 players. I am 1st place.

Lesean Mccoy- one of the best RBs in the league

Brandon Jacobs- just a replacement for the injured Ahmad Bradshaw(who I previously owned)

Adrian Peterson- I don’t think too highly of Peterson, but he’s been doing well lately

DeMarco Murray- A talented youngster who’s taken advantage of Felix Jones’ injury

Laurent Robinson- replacement for the injured Miles Austin(who I also previously owned)

Calvin Johnson- Johnson’s a beast and undoubtedly the best WR in the NFL

A.J. Green- best WR on the Bengals and Andy Dalton’s favorite Red Zone target

Marques Colston- been inconsistent but picked him up as a free agent

Dez Bryant- gonna take advantage of Austin’s injury

Antonio Gates- got injured early in the season but doing better lately

Rob Gronkowski- my usual starter at the TE position

Mason Crosby- (week ten) against a vikings DEF that is terrible against kickers

Team DEF:

Pit- Solid Defense against a not so solid team(week 10)

That’s it! Check back later for more posts!
